Responsibility:
✔ Monitor system alerts and provide assistance in resolving complex hardware and software issues.
✔ Conduct daily administration, operation, and support of servers or IT virtual infrastructure (VMs).
Career Level:
✔ Recent graduate or employee with 6 months to 1 year of experience
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
✔ Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or a related field.
✔ Experienced in installing and configuring Windows or Linux operating systems.
✔ Proficient in troubleshooting computer hardware and understanding server hardware principles.
✔ Possesses basic knowledge of virtual machines.
✔ Male or Female
✔ Physically fit for the job.
✔Willing to undergo training at a different KCC site for a duration maximum of 1 year
