✔ Creating and managing the schedule for the Computer hardware engineer Team
✔ Assigning tasks to team members
✔Coordinating and facilitating customer requests
Career Level:
✔ Employee with a minimum of 3 years of experience
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
✔ Holds a degree in any computer-related course.
✔ Demonstrates experience in team management.
✔ Possesses knowledge of hardware components.
✔ Exhibits a strong customer service attitude.
✔ Male.
✔ Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
✔ Capable of multitasking.
✔ Hardworking, mature, and proactive.
✔ Displays good decision-making skills.
✔Willing to undergo training at a different KCC site for a duration maximum of 1 year
